The New Z&A Coffeehouse-Art Studio

The New Z&A Coffeehouse-Art Studio was completed this weekend by owners and designers Alana Onyett and Zoidyn Kytori and what can I say but bravo! The estate sim should by all rights be in SL Destinations because of its pure natural beauty and ethereal appearance.  The pictures I am posting are only a hint and do not truly capture the essence of the new build. I spent some quality time there dancing at the outside stage for a sim-opening party with a few of the DJs that are on the normal schedule there and what a "grand opening" it was. There is a zip-line there that "zips" you across a big gully and plenty of greenery and tall luscious mountains off sim to look at. I have to say the textures on the cliffs are incredible on the sim where one may find themselves climbing and soaring around! Hats off to Zoidyn and Alana for taking their time with an artistic and extremely eye-friendly build! I had to make myself look like Jungle Jim for this to be as rugged as the terrain!!

Church of the Mac

Church of the Mac in SL

I came across this post on Fashion Feeds of SL about Church of the Mac in SL (slurl). As an Apple fangirl of many years I had to check it out and Sunday morning seemed appropriate. So I put on some fashionable mourning clothes and tp'd.

There is an iconic Command key at the entry way to rest and collect your thoughts before entering the sanctuary.

Inside there is a model of an old Mac. This was the first Mac I ever owned.

Also for your enjoyment are some famous works of art reimagined with Apple products. Whistler's Mother is my favorite. I found it a suitable memoriam to Steve Jobs, virtual church celebrating his genius and place in history.

Semi-Formal Date Night

Tomuli's Restaurant Inside and out.

Verde and I went out searching for a romantic sit-down meal in SL and we found Tomuli's restaurant. Tomuli's is romantic, charming, and has a great view of the water on three sides of the restaurant. The tables have menus that interact when clicked, whatever you order appears steaming, right in front of you! There is seating inside and outside on the dock, and of course a very private table-for-two of the restaurant a bit. Overall, a great experience for the night out dining in SL.

Romantic Valentine

Happy Valentine's Day! Pie and I wanted to show off our Valentine's day outfit. The outfits are formal and extremely elegant. We decided to go dancing in a romantic spot and found Da Vinci Gardens. We are dressed formally to fit with the lovely atmosphere and to increase the mood.
