On the last blog about the 50's, there was a promise to follow-up with some 50's fashion. Verde and I took time to pose for some snaps in our 50's attire we put together for a dance party for our friend and co-blogger Dulcie Mill's rez-day party at Runaround Sue's. The outfits were fun to shop for and there are quite a few retro stores for both male and female avatars.
The clothes we found searching Marketplace and in-world. Fin Retro had some great items, as did Artilleri . It seems as in most cases that there are so many more options for clothing for women at these stores than men, yet there is enough out there to get the true retro look at low Linden and high appeal.
Verde and I found quite a few outfits for our spring 50's retro tribute. I have to admit Verde has done a tremendous job putting together outfits for her avatar. The hair, and clothing from this era are definable, and admittedly fun to play around in!
